Dogwood Animal Shelter, located in Osage Beach, MO, is an independent, 501(c)3 non-profit organization licensed by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. We are a no-kill shelter serving the entire Lake Area and surrounding counties, offering adoptable dogs and cats and affordable spay/neuter clinic. We do not receive any state or federal government funding.
Our Mission
To provide care and shelter to the homeless pets of our community, to reduce their numbers through spay and neuter, to promote humane treatment of all animals, and to enhance the human-animal bond.
